Privacy Policy

We collect only the details needed to fulfil your order — your name, contact number, delivery address and email, plus the payment reference ID and screenshot you submit so we can verify your payment. This information is used solely to process, deliver and provide support for your orders.

What we collect & why

• Name, phone, email, delivery address — to process and deliver your orders and provide support.
• Payment reference ID / proof screenshot — only to verify a payment you made from your own UPI app or our payment gateway. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
• Order history, wishlist & wallet points — stored against your account so you can track orders and redeem rewards.
• Anonymous usage & analytics (page visits, searches, popular products) — used in aggregate to improve the store. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects standard usage data (such as device type, approximate region and pages viewed) to measure traffic. See the section below.
• Photos/videos you choose to submit (reviews, tank showcase, return/DOA proof) — used only for that purpose.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share it with anyone except our delivery partners and payment provider, and only as needed to complete your order.
• We do not send marketing messages without your consent.

Storage & security

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase with access rules that restrict your order details to you and the store administrator. The site and app are served over HTTPS.

Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the store (pages viewed, device type, approximate region) so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this data on our behalf; see Google's Privacy Policy. This is aggregate measurement — we do not use it to identify you personally. We use a small number of cookies / local storage entries to keep you signed in, remember your cart and enable these analytics; you can clear them any time in your browser settings.

Third-party services

We share data only as needed to run the store, with: Google Firebase (secure data storage & sign-in), Google Analytics (usage measurement), EmailJS (to send you order-status emails, only if you opt in), your chosen UPI app / payment gateway, and our delivery partners. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us to view, correct or delete your stored account data at any time — just message us on WhatsApp at +91 93609 21030 or email nemoaquastore@gmail.com. Account deletion removes your profile, wishlist and wallet; completed order records may be retained where required for accounting.

Children

Our store is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
